Reproduce

Clean your Deno localStorage if the HF_KEY exists.
Launch the CLI app.
Save your HF_KEY
Try to CTRL + R

Actual Behavior

Not implemented

Expected Behavior

The application should reset the HF_KEY as intended when the Ctrl + R keyboard shortcut is used, and the HF_KEY should be removed.
