The documentation/example files reference port 8089 and 8083 in the context of service_info_api_url

When looking at the port for owner-onboarding server, the docs and the examples seem to be referencing different ports for the same server function. While this isn't a big deal, it may just be a nice idea to make everything uniform and consistent.
OR I am missing something about what is used where
