It should be possible to pass a flag like -w, --watch to enable continuous streaming e.g.

zk plugins hipchat room '{"room_id":1234}' --watch

And maybe pass a value for the pull interval e.g.

zk plugins hipchat room '{"room_id":1234}' --watch --every 5m
