Create reporting for ELN compose

To help monitor the status of ELN composes, a "health" dashboard could be put in place that would report on:

• scorecard: build error rate in the last 7 days
• timeline graph: build error rate in the last 7 days, per day
• compose error breakdown
• and more that might be seen as beneficial.

Additionally, a mailing service could be pout in place that would

• send email notifications to the ELN SiG for every failure, or
• send by email a weekly digest of the same failures (including, for instance, a breakdown of the errors/failures)

I have a script that generates a simple web page, nothing like what you are asking.
But it's a step 1, and is a place people can quickly look to not only see the state, but some starters on what a problem might be if there is a failure.

The new composes create a daily email report to [email protected] just like for rawhide and branched.

As for a dashboard, is there anything equivalent for rawhide?
