Go and try to edit a Fedora wiki page, like this one: https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=Rencontres_Fedora_21_%C3%A0_Lyon

The fancy 'a' in the title gets encoded different by php (on the wiki side) and python (on the #fedora-fedmsg side). Since its encoded different, the cryptographic signature is different.. and message validation fails.

We should figure out what to do to get our mediawiki plugin to encode things like that just like python does so that they come out the same.
