Basically it would be nice if the crawler could notice when a mirror has a category thats up to date vs others that are not instead of keeping the entire mirror available, but with some categories up to date and others not at all.
Of course we can't easily tell if a mirror has everything for a category, but being able to say a mirror is up to date for say EPEL, but not for Fedora would be helpful.
