How can I make the terminal appear in the context menu in this way

I'm not sure off the top of my head if this is natively supported, but I wonder if a combination of https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html and https://github.com/felixse/FluentTerminal/wiki/Command-Line-Arguments#run would fix the problem?
