Quirks

Create a quirks system (not much different from something like WebKit's Quirks.cpp) that toggles some functionalities based on modfile, since I'm sure some of the changes we'll make will be incompatible with some edgecases

How would files be tracked for this - just combination song name+charter? Using folders would be Risky:tm: due to people sorting their songs in different ways when downloading piecemeal

song name + song artist + chart author sounds good to me but it's always something we can change later if we encounter fun edgecases
