打包忽略文件对css无效 #91

js打包，没有将libs中的文件合并到一起，但是css打包合并，则将libs中的css打包到一起了

这里理解有点不是很清楚，最后的打包合并到一起是在文件映射替换路径前，还是映射完路径之后？修改成ignore:['/public/**','/libs/**'],就好了
