formidable 缓存的文件未删除，导致磁盘打满 #14

程序写入文件后，并没有手动删除 formidable 新增的临时文件 upload_***，导致临时文件越来越多，容易导致服务器磁盘打满
建议在 next 函数 fs.writeFile 的 callback 里加上：fs.unlink(from)
