Unique Advances v2

Unique Advances should have a field (similar to Ancestries) where the name of a Talent could be written in order to automatically fetch it from Compendia. Example of possible Unique Advances, covering Talents, Skill Ranks, Magick Spells, Languages and Focuses:

Reframing this as an update to unique advances in order to support sub types (skill ranks, talents, focus & other).
Other is for more creative / narrative stuff (like languages etc), which doesn't need any extra logic.

This should be implemented together with item sheets v2.

Also, since UA can be used to improve non-profession skills, there might be an option for a UA to be a rank in a given skill
