Яндекс рекомендует указывать филиалы как отдельные компании https://yandex.ru/support/webmaster/supported-schemas/address-organization.html

Есть мнения, что стоит указывать SubOrganization (https://qna.habr.com/q/430719) или LocalBusines (https://d-element.ru/about/blog/chto-takoe-schema-org/)
