Failed insert return when not using serial #1

Hi,
i use uuid as primary keys in my table and on insert i get this error

Undefined offset: 0 on line 333 in file simplon\postgres\src\Postgres.php

This code fix the issue:

$responses[] = $lastInsert !== false && isset($lastInsert[0]) ? (int)$lastInsert[0] : true;
