Hypothesis Annotation (for the future)

Minor point but would have been nice to use an "open" (open source) annotation platform like Hypothesis https://hypothes.is/ rather than the (closed) Genius annotation platform.

Hypothesis is super easy to integrate, easy to use and very reliable.

I imagine that now it is deployed it is hard to change but wanted to flag for the future.
