Update go-legs for data transfer IPLD based Vouchers

What

Update the voucher / voucher result types used in go-data-transfer to work with the proposed updates to the voucher system in filecoin-project/go-data-transfer#305

The current voucher / voucher result types that need to be converted to bindnode are as follows:

The code that uses these vouchers is in the same file.

@masih unfortunately not; that's just the go-graphsync bit. The new API for go-data-transfer is being worked on @ filecoin-project/go-data-transfer#325
