allow config to limit maximum number of allowed concurrent connections #90
Description
- as a graphsync publisher, it would be good to be able to configure a maximum number of allowed concurrent connections that should be able to pull from me simultaneously. if more than this number are active, the validator in legs should reject additional ones.
