Allow SP to request more frequent checks #103

At the moment, an SP storing small amount of data is tested once per day. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot configuration errors.

It would be great if Spark offered some sort of on-demand checks.

We need to consider attack vectors. To mitigate them, I think the results of these on-demand checks must not contribute to RSR calculations.
