I'm not Op but i came here looking to submit the same issue. I'm also on windows 10, but build 19045.5247. I have windows terminal installed as a windows app from the store. Neither the context menu, or keyboard shortcut will work to open it.

It doesn't matter where i try to open the terminal, just nothing happens. i have tried running files as admin and it did not help. i tried to watch the task manager to see if it opens and then crashes but, again, no dice.

The context menu will open powershell7 just fine.
