Files crashes shortly every time it is started, on windows Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946)

Steps To Reproduce

install files(or files preview) on this specific OS build Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946) start files app, do nothing, and it will crash

I'm sorry bt after downloading files v4.0.5

(didn't see v4.04 in online appinstaller) , and the problem persist.
