Add more examples

I'm reworking our TODO app and figured we need more end-to-end examples.

Here is a lis for inspiration (will update with more):

From the Gitter discussion:

one for finch with slick; one for finch with anorm; finch with featherbed.
how to do the dependency injection.constructor Injection, Mac wire, or guice.
how do you deploy your application?
how do you package your application? Native plugin?

I suggest some more work on the existing example employing iteratees.
Whilst the existing example is small (which is a good thing), it lacks certain aspects:

• SBT librariyDependencies should be mentioned;
• it would be great to have something a bit more complex, for example: receive a chunked JSON containing several Person records and return a. the quantity of Person(s) received and b. the summation of their ages.
• provide a simple RBAC (role based access control) using OAuth2.

I'm moving this under 0.28 milestone. We need a better, end-to-end, streaming example. I have some ideas in mind.
