Load FB automatically for selected sites

FB3 needs a "Open for all sites" Option
or
Have it remember sites that FB was activated for and open FB when they are accessed.

As of #310:

Previous versions of Firebug had their activation based on a per URL basis following the same origin policy instead of opening per tab.

It should be considered to change this functionality back to the old behavior.
