Error import configurable "Invalid option value in row(s)"

Importing a configurable product, with only size as confiburable attrubutes, i get the error "Invalid option value in row(s)"

How i can debug it deeply?

This error is because the product attribute doesn't contains the values (e.g. S, M). You first need to manually add the option values to the product attribute.
