HeatWave Version

1.0.2.1

Visual Studio Version

17.8.3

Repro Steps

I have an "MSI Package (WiX v4)". To apply my latest changes inside the .wxs file, mostly, I have to use "build new". Just using "build" does not apply my changes, it builds a new .msi file without the lastest changes.

Actual Result

See above.

If you wish my help locating this bug of your software, please let me know. Otherwise, you can just close this issue, I don't expect any assistance from you.

Expected Result
