Repro Steps

  1. New Project
  2. Select Wix MSI package
  3. Choose repo location, click create

Actual Result

Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.

Expected Result

Project creation

It seems to be due to the missing wixtoolset.sdk
The user's nuget config is apparently ignored, but adding a nuget.config on project root with nuget url fixes the problem (to me).
