The tags nav item is missing from the top navbar

Not sure if this is intentional, but I noticed there is no nav item for the "tags" page. In the previous versions of fireship, I found the tags page very useful. The tags page still exists so it would make sense to add the link.

Let me know if this deliberate, otherwise I can submit a quick PR
