Improve UI making Settings assessable via Startup of Firo-QT Wallet

Description:

I would like to propose an enhancement to the Firo-QT wallet regarding the accessibility of the settings. Currently, users have to navigate through multiple steps to access the settings menu. It would greatly improve user experience if the settings could be accessed directly via a settings button at startup in either the top left of bottom left corner.

Proposed Changes:

1. Add a Settings Button: Introduce a prominent settings button on the startup screen of the Firo-QT wallet.
2. Direct Access: When the user clicks the settings button, it should take them directly to the settings/preferences menu without any additional navigation steps.
3. User Experience: This change will streamline the process for users who want to adjust their wallet settings immediately upon launching the application. While there is flags for certain connection options it makes more sense to allow users to config this first before attempting to download/sync blockchain.

Benefits:

• Improved Usability: New users will find it easier to locate and adjust settings.

• Efficiency: Reduces the number of clicks needed to access settings, enhancing overall user experience.

• Consistency: Aligns with common practices in other wallet applications, making it more intuitive for users. Electrum, Feather and Monero GUI both ask the user what they want to do upon startup which includes:

  • open wallet
  • create new wallet
  • settings configuration
