Improve Writings pagination system #132

The pagination system in Writings currently has a number of issues:

Not knowing the page you're on
Not being able to skip pages (like go straight to page 3)
Browser history not updating when you move pages, so the back/forward buttons break
You can't link to a specific page

Look into revamping how it works to address at least the issues above
