Minor : Signal shows sound/mute indicator when some other spplications are playing music

Description

When the Spotify app is playing music, signal will show the sound icon as shown below :

• This occurs with Spotify but does not occur with my browser (firefox-based), Freetube or Elisa music player
• The icon disappears immediately when Spotify stops playing

This is minor as apart from the graphical anomaly, the only risk of impact is to accidentally mute/lower the app volume of Signal and later not figure out why you're not hearing the other people in a call.
