I had a similar problem back on 1717 but didn't file a report on that one. When it happened the game would crash down to the yuzu loader. I ended up loading up my save file in ryujinx, registering the horse, and then moving the save file back. I'm guessing it's related to how yuzu is handling keyboard input but I haven't tested the theory with other games.
