this is what i was able to make but i can be made much better it looks very cool
the limitations with current approach are: 1. maximum 3 elements in the bottom app bar since the fab location is not very flexible only 3 places where it can be docked(hovers) it will look very very good

2. on resizing the window everything falls apart:
