Close tab button not shwing up

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. SuperTabNavigator doesn't work properly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see close tab button and the scoll buttons right and left neither.
Aparently, assets.swf isn't in the swc, but I can not generate a new swc from source. Several compilations errors appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tha last one available flexlib 2.5 and flex 4 updated to date.
