Hi @alessiacipriani , I'm really sorry the handling of vey large files is currently not very user friendly. Due to technical limitations linked to security, the browser has to load "silently" the whole file first, then the browser download bar displays. We have already have an upgrade that will be released soon : #2559

For now I suggest that you try again and wait while the upper right cog is still spinning. Depending on your connection it can take a long time.

Also there is a tip to track the progress of your download :

1. open the dev tool of your browser with the F12 key
2. go to the "Network" tab
3. start to download
4. the download request should appear in the Network tab and you should be able to see the progress :
