Feature request: Wrap triangular decompositions

Hi Fredrik,

Thank you for all the work you are putting into the Arb library and the Python wrappings (which I am finding very beneficial!). I wondered if there was a plan to wrap the Arb implementations of triangular decompositions such as QR and Cholesky? I am running into a precision issue with an orthogonalisation routine in Python and knowing the error with the QR decomposition would be very beneficial.
