Address book feature

I think it would be immensely helpful if there's an address book within Frame so that we can easily select past recipients when sending. I came up with few ideas around the Address book:

• Customizable tags for addresses
• Import/export functionality
• Recent transaction contacts suggestions
• Notes section for each contact
