face in clip image Center

I am using Shape of View to clip image into given shape. I have implemented it successfully. The issue is I want face at center in clip image. How to achieve that functionality? I use face detection and locate face but unable to translate face at the center of Clipped Image?
I got related Library in IOS but not getting anything in Android.
