Call out Flox benefits on "Flox vs containers" #130

On https://flox.dev/docs/concepts/flox-vs-containers/ we don't give any reason why you would use Flox.

At the beginning of the page we say

Flox gives you these same benefits without many of the papercuts, but the workflow is slightly different so it's worth exploring.

But we don't highlight how we're removing any papercuts, or how it's better at all.

We should add to each section a very brief note explaining something about the difference between the workflows.
