New icon/logo for Fluent.Ribbon

So uh...a while back, you mentioned you'd wanted a more..."contemporary" icon for Fluent Ribbon, and I ended up making one for you. I was just going through some old files, and happened to come across that proposed new icon, which reminded me that I wasn't sure what had become of it since then. After I inquired, it was determined on Gitter earlier today, that evidently both of us kinda just...dropped the ball on it or something.
So as requested, here's an issue about the matter.
