work tab complains about temporary quest related colonists

Description:
Getting some errors which are possibly related to a Royalty quest to keep two prisoner safe.

The first red error started with this line: Null key while loading dictionary of Verse.Pawn and WorkTab.PawnPriorityTracker. label=Priorities
Verse.Log:Error(String, Boolean)

Followed by two red errors in the debug log from the prisoners:

Stefan did not have work settings initialized.

Paisley did not have work settings initialized.
