Lower case font on work tab labels

Describe the bug
All labels on the work tab are in lower case, rather than the first letter of each being capitalised. The first line of text in the label tooltip is also in lower case.

Expected behavior
Vanilla uses sentence case (e.g. Bed rest, Plant cut) for labels and label tooltips. This issue is much more noticeable when other mods add new work types as these typically follow the vanilla sentence case convention.

Steps to reproduce
No steps, just open the work tab.
Issue was first noticed on heavily modded game.
Issue is still present on brand new world gen/colony with only Harmony and official DLC active.
