Problem description
I want to be able to visually change the priorities for all colonists by changing the order of the columns displayed in the work tabs simplified (checkbox) mode.
E.g. if I drag "Cut Plant" to be to the left of "Grow", I want all colonists to treat Cut Plant as higher priority than "Grow".
Similarly moving Clean to the right of Researching would change the priority accordingly.
Or a player may want Wardening to happen after Cook, or even after clean.
Describe the solution
Allowing for column rearrangement as a method to set the job priorities let's the player quickly and simply set the priority for the job(s) in question without needing to deal with the checkbox-hell of clicking to enable/disable jobs for potentially dozens of pawns.
Similarly, manually setting the numerical priority of dozens of pawns is complex, time consuming, and kind of painful for folks with hand issues, when in many cases the player doesn't want to manually tweak every single jobs priority individually for every pawn. They largely just want to rearrange the colony wide priorities. Players who want fine-grained control will retain that ability, but may find column-rearrangement to be useful to them with regards to sorting their numerical priorities more easily.
