[validate/saveAndValidate]: Add other ensureVisible properties to this function to allow users to alter the scroll behaviour

What you'd like to happen

It would be great if we could specify the alignment, duration, curve and alignmentPolicy properties to the saveAndValidate method so that we would have control of how the scroll happens when the autoScrollWhenFocusOnInvalid is true.

I am happy to write up the code and submit a PR if this is something you are happy with. I was thinking of just adding those 4 extra properties to the function as optional unless there is a different way you would prefer this to be handled?
