Credentials added in UI are not being passed to flux

Hi,

When I add a repo in the settings UI, it states it connects. I can then create an application and resources are deployed if I do not use the flux subsystem. But if I use the flux subsystem, the resources are not deployed as failed to checkout and determine revision: unable to clone 'https://my-repo.com/xyz/abc.git': authentication required. If I look at the flux logs, it shows the same thing.
