Flux dockerhub Receiver secret

Describe the bug

Hi,

It seems that dockerhub webhooks don't support secrets, when I configure the dockerhub receiver I'm unable to not set the secret. All my events from Dockerhub get 403 from the receiver

Steps to reproduce

1. Set dockerhub receiver
2. Configure webhook in dockerhub

Expected behavior

Dockerhub webhooks working with dockerhub receiver
