Unable to send away air stairs at ramp

Describe the bug

This bug is limited to MSFS2024

Using the jetway button on the flypad will call for an airstairs to start boarding but pressing again will not ask the airstairs to leave. The button state in the flypad will update to "off" but another airstairs and bus will be spawned and connect with the aircraft.

It is possible the Simvar "K:TOGGLE_RAMPTRUCK" is not functioning correctly in 2024. If this can be confirmed, a bug report might need to be reported.

Using the default ATC comms panels will allow calling for and sending away the airstairs correctly.

Expected behavior

Using the jetway button in the flypad while parked on a ramp should allow calling and sending away the airstairs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn aircraft at an open ramp where air stairs are available at the airport.
2. Press the jetway button to call for the airstairs and to start passenger boarding
3. Press the jetway button to try and send the airstairs away. Another airstairs and bus will spawn in.
