Quiz Keitai Q mode

Even changing the settings didn't work.
Seems like a bug that exists from older versions.

The title text is drawn at the exact same depth as the characters, but before them so it gets overwritten with depth >=.
I don't understand why this works on original hw, or how to work around it.
This could be the same issue as #564 or #1048.
