[UI Feature] Option to collapse Flyte console project sidebar

Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

There is currently no way to collapse the Flyte Console's project sidebar. It takes up quite a lot of space and is not relevant for all pages and might get in the way when looking at things like large project execution timelines, etc.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

A small button or option to collapse this sidebar.
