[BUG] Flyte v1.11.0 will fail to load the task's input & output ran by Flyte v1.3.2

Describe the bug

We recently identify the issue where Flyte v1.11.0 will fail to load the task's input & output ran by Flyte v1.3.2

Here is the task trained by v1.11.0 and it can be loaded by v1.11.0.

Here is the task trained by v1.3.2 and it CANNOT be loaded by v1.11.0.

Expected behavior

Flyte v1.11.0 can load v1.3.2 task's input & output.
