We currently sort the dataframe here:

prefect-faim-hcs/src/prefect_faim_hcs/tasks/io.py

Line 15 in a60e817

files.set_data(df.sort_values(by=df.columns.values.tolist()))

Let's switch to alphanumerical sorting here, or (maybe better) avoid sorting here in favor of sorting upstream in parse_files (or _list_dataset_files) more specifically.
