Have the container seed data when the database is empty. This makes the app easy to reset.

Sg (sounds good), dumb q: where is data currently stored, if it isn't in here (GH github / whatev source control, cuz it's prob backed up already somewhere) - should it be in GH or how to update the seed (srsly, too many geek thoughts on options don't need to go blockchain to solve a silly thing, GH already has hashes). I like creating abstractions on top of abstractions - including users in GH itself.
