Get admin username and password from the environment. #2

Instead of seeding the DB with an admin name and password take it from environment variables during the initial seed.

Ok, NO! Session cookie something, not actual pw! or whatcha thinking cuz yeah "password from the environment" is just screaming NOOOOO please lol.
